Plant Tag Refresh

With Costa’s launch of a new brand, all the plant tags needed to be updated to elevate and highlight the new brand. The project provided an opportunity to improve the plant tag artwork, revise the information to be most useful to consumers, and make the application process more seamless for the operations team. Led a cross-functional team to evaluate the current plant tag inventory, understand the process, and identify pain points to improve tags from all facets, including operational efficiency and cost that reduced cost by 15%. Worked with the designers to create the new tag design ensuring brand consistency and improving the information for the end consumer. A total of over 500 plant tags were generated increasing brand awareness.
